The pelvic floor muscles help to control bladder and bowel function as well as maintain the uterus. When the pelvic floor muscles are weakened, they can create problems with bladder and bowel control. Luckily, like any muscle in the body, pelvic floor muscles can be strengthened and in almost all cases, trained to do their job well. Join Samantha Johnson, PT, DPT to learn more about the pelvic floor and how to keep yours healthy and strong.
