Our Breastfeeding basics class helps improve families' chances for breastfeeding success. Through step-by-step instructions and 3D animation, class participants learn the benefits of breastfeeding, how to achieve a deep latch, which breastfeeding holds and positions are best for them, pumping/returning to work, and how to maintain healthy milk production. The class follows the International Lactation Consultant Association (ILCA) recommendations and American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) guidelines. certified lactation consultant.
