Description

Children Are Priceless Passengers (CAPP) is a car seat safety class open to community members who need car seat education or assistance obtaining an appropriate car seat. The class also serves as an alternative option for individuals who have received an Arizona citation for the non-use or misuse of a child restraint. If you received a citation, please bring your ticket information with you to class.

The class fee includes an age- and weight-appropriate car seat, if needed.

Registration is per person, not per couple. If you received citations involving more than one child, a separate registration is required for each child for whom a citation was issued.

Please Note: We provide the following types of car seats:

  • Convertible car seats for children from birth up to 50 lbs.
  • Booster seats for children who are at least 5 years old and weigh at least 40 lbs.

We do not provide rear-facing-only infant car seats, commonly referred to as infant carriers.
