Annual membership dues are $125* and gives you access to invaluable information as well as the chance to be a partner in creating healthier communities. Your membership includes your spouse or significant other living in the same household. Being part of something that can help improve the health of so many in our community is rewarding in and of itself. Still, there are other benefits to becoming a member of We Are Champions
