Description
This weekly chair yoga practice will focus on body awareness, breath work, strength, stability, mindfulness, and meditation. Yoga blankets will be provided but bring your own if you prefer. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, avoid strong smelling perfumes and lotions, and bring your water bottle.

Connie has been teaching, and learning since 2014 when, at age 68, she completed her initial 200 hours at Three Trees in Federal Way, WA.
Class Cancellations: You must give at least 48 hours notice for a one-time transfer to a different class, cancellation or refund request. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation is requested within 48 hours of the registered class.
