DESCRIPTION:Our Breastfeeding Basics class helps improve families' chances for breastfeeding success. Through step-by-step instructions and 3D animation\, class participants learn the benefits of breastfeeding\, how to achieve a deep latch\, which breastfeeding holds and positions are best for them\, pumping/returning to work\, and how to maintain healthy milk production. The class follows the International Lactation Consultant Association (ILCA) recommendations and American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) guidelines.
