Description
This beginning level class is low-impact and ideal for improving balance, flexibility,relaxation, mental focus and overall wellbeing.The class focuses on the 10-form yang style of Tai Chi. The cost is $5 per class and registration in advance is requiredfor each individual class.
Class Cancellations: You must give at least 48 hours (business days) notice for a one-time transfer to a different class, cancellation or refund request. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation is requested within 48 hours (business days) of the registered class.
