The ski-in/out lodging options are detailed in the links and include a 5 star property\, a 4 star resort with world class spa\, as well as The Mountain Lodge\, with condos and cabins. All 3 accommodations are located in the town of Mountain Village at 9500 ft elevation.\nTHE MEETING\nThis conference will focus on recent advances in diagnosis and treatment of medical\, dental and surgical diseases.
